Rental Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every chair, table and tent rental booked with Plenty of Seats Rentals. Please read them before your event.
Booking and deposit
A 25 percent deposit holds your date. The balance is due at delivery. The deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
Customer responsibility
The renter is responsible for all items from delivery until pickup, including loss, theft and damage beyond normal wear. Damaged or missing items are charged at replacement cost.
Safe use
Use items only as intended. No standing on chairs or tables. Do not move or adjust tents after setup.
Weather
Tents are not to be used in high winds, lightning or severe weather. We may refuse to set up or may remove a tent for safety. Rain or weather cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled.
Site access
The renter must provide clear access to the setup area and confirm there are no buried lines where tents will be staked or weighted.
Liability
The renter agrees to hold Plenty of Seats Rentals harmless from injuries, damages or claims arising from use of the rented items, except those caused by our negligence.
Military discount
A valid ID must be shown at delivery, or the discount is removed.
Cancellations
Full deposit refund 7 or more days out. Within 7 days, the deposit is kept.
A signed rental agreement is required before delivery.
