Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead for weekend events, especially during spring and fall. Last minute requests are welcome and we will always try to fit you in.
How much does delivery cost?+
Enter your event address in the quote builder and we will calculate your delivery price by distance. The first 10 miles are $40, then $3 per mile beyond that, up to 50 miles. Addresses farther out need a custom quote, just contact us. Delivery always covers both drop-off and pickup.
What does setup include?+
Setup and teardown for chairs and tables is optional, $20 up to 40 chairs and $40 above that. Tents always include setup, since we set up and weight every tent ourselves for stability.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes, a 25 percent deposit holds your date, with the remaining balance due at delivery. We will walk you through the details when you request your quote.
Do you offer a military discount?+
Yes, active duty, Guard, Reserve, veterans and their spouses get 10 percent off rental items. The discount does not apply to delivery, setup or tax. A valid military ID, VA card or DD-214 is shown at delivery.
Do you offer a repeat customer discount?+
Yes, 10 percent off rental items every time you book again. It does not combine with the military discount.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations closer to the event date are handled case by case, so just reach out.
Are the chairs and tables cleaned between events?+
Every chair and table is wiped down and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If anything does not meet our standard, it does not go out on the truck.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?+
Chairs and tables are weather resistant, so rain alone will not stop your event. Tents are different. We set up and weight every tent, but if winds become unsafe we may need to take a tent down, even during your event, for everyone's safety.
